MY KEVIN/SCOTTY AND OTHER B&S FANFIC
welcome to my fantasies
Just took another quick look at...

kevin/scotty/jason
.. episode 2.11 "Missionary imposition'. What is it about that scene with Scotty crashing Kevin's 'tea-party' with Jason that always makes laugh out loud? I know, I love Matthew/Luke, but in all honestly, credit needs to be given also to Eric Winter. Jason's confusion is just as priceless as Scotty's 'it's not lobster...' or Kevn's horrified face when he realizes that Jason will stay for dinner. :)

A bit of psychological arm-wrestling...

It's not exactly lobster....

Tell him how good I do it... Soft-shelled crabs, Kevin, softshelled crabs....

.. I dare you....

WTF?!?!?!

THIS is going to be so much fun.....

Yes, a laugh-out-loud episode. I tell you what also kills me...when Chad returns to the scene and Kevin's filling Scotty in on the details of the 'very big kiss' and Scotty being initially upset at the reunion but then liking the idea of drinks...not to mention the actual meet-up itself. Hilarious!

I agree, the other one is cute too. Especially because of Scotty's reaction and how Kevin is at first worried that Scotty might be angry with him...

Also killer in that episode is the moment when Kevin stands there stammering "I'm ... I'm..." and you hear Sarah whisper "..Married.." I've grown to dislike Sarah, but that moment can still make me laugh too.

I think, in general, that first moment of Kevin/Chad meeting again is fun to watch. I loved that Chad kissed Kevin publically, even though it was a bit inappropriate, because he didn't know if Kevin was involved with someone else, but it was fun nonetheless.

I think the only scene I ever liked with Jason was the shower/teeth brushing one. I just couldn't find anything attractive about him. Chad was confused and annoying in his own way, but never boring. Jason just came off as slightly haughty and...righteous?

I think I never 'got' Kevin/Jason either...

Okay, I get hot bodies and sexy smiles, but that doesn't make 'a relationship'.. :)

And really strange tooth brushing without tooth paste.

Perhaps, but there are few things more revolting than watching goopy foamed up toothpaste seeping out. Sometimes its nice not to see any manner of fluids even if we 'know' they are there...

Thank you for writing down so eloquently what was on my mind as well. :)

What I hate about this scene is Jason wiping his mouth with the towel after the kiss. Pleaseeee!!!! lol!

Haha! He's sort of drying his face from the shower, but I suppose someone else's toothpaste doesn't add to the charm...?

I think he's supposed to dry his face, but it to me it also feels like he's trying to wipe away the kiss. (shrug - guess I still like Jason the least)

"Tell him how good I do it..." ha, ha, ha! And I'm sure no one was thinking of soft shell crabs....

:D

But now I DO wonder what Kevin/Jason talked about while Scotty was preparing the food. :O

It's amazing how Luke have changed in a few years. He looks so different now, always beautiful, but really different :)

This is one of my favorite scenes too. When I see Scotty entering the home I always laugh, that's my boy :D and the dinner scene is amazing too: "I'm really glad we had this talk" lol!, and the fighting after that, and the car scene. Really a wonderful episode for K/S fans :)

I know Scotty's last line always makes me smile. Just when I think that Jason delivers the punch 'Yes, Kevin, in a contest between you and God, God won.' (which somehow always makes me laugh), they both agree that everything worked out for the best... Silence.... In comes Scotty! For Scotty to have THAT last line. Brilliant! I would have loved to see the bloopers from that episode. :)
